My research focuses on how children learn to ask and answer questions and how those questions support their learning. I am especially interested in the role of media, such as cell phones and tablets, in children’s inquiry and learning.

What I want to achieve:

I aim to identify effective, simple practices that can promote curiosity and conversation between children and their parents and teachers.
