Jennifer M. Zosh

Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University, USA

About the author:

As the director of the Brandywine Child Development Lab, I study how infants and young children learn about the world around them. My areas of interest include playful learning in homes, schools, and communities, the impact of technology on children and families, and cognitive development.

What I want to achieve:

I want to conduct research that helps move the field forward, but I also want to do everything I can to help translate scientific discoveries and disseminate usable knowledge to practitioners and the general public. I also support outreach through serving on advisory boards for organizations, as a scientific consultant for public and private organizations, and as a speaker for ReadyNation’s Brain Science Speakers Bureau.
