About the author:

I am interested in the consequences of children’s engagement in fictional worlds, including pretend play and media. I am also interested in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning research in psychology.

What I want to achieve:

I want to contribute to our understanding of the role of pretend and real experiences in children’s development so that we can create opportunities and environments that best support their needs.

My previous positions:

• Graduate Student, Early Development Laboratory at the University of Virginia.
