My primary research interests are twofold: (1) identification and understanding of classroom contributors to children’s early achievement and social-emotional learning from preschool-elementary, and (2) leveraging knowledge of these key contributors to develop and evaluate school-based interventions with an eye toward scalable, high-quality implementation.
What I want to achieve:
I am committed to working collaboratively with practitioners, families, policymakers, and researchers to ensure that all children experience high-quality, supportive, and cognitively stimulating interactions with peers and adults across the full range of early childhood education settings – child care, preschool, and early elementary school.
