About the author:

My major areas of research include the study of infant and family development in community contexts, the impact of fathers on early child development, implementation of systemic community models of organizational process and change, the etiology of alcoholism, and broad issues related to the scholarship of engagement.

What I want to achieve:

For most of my 53 years in academia, my research has focused on the variety of systemic/ecological issues that impact the development and well-being of children within the context of their relationships with their caregivers and caregiving environments.
